Exercise Induced Happiness
My stairs at home bring me happiness because if I work out on them for 30 - 40 minutes, I feel oh-so-sweaty-and-good!! Bonus - I can sometimes catch a little Beverly Hills 90210 or Frasier on the tv while working out!
